The manuscript of the volume:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The manuscript of the volume entitled:<em>Crisis, Authoritarianism and Emergency Powers: Towards a Siege Mentality<\/em>, edited by Cosmin Sebastian Cercel and Corneliu Pintilescu, was accepted for publication by Routledge and the editors signed the contract with the publishing house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II.
